2. Eligibility

To use Hoopies, you must:

3. Account and Wallet

To play Hoopies, you must connect a Solana-compatible wallet. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your wallet and private keys
• All activities that occur through your wallet
• Any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your wallet
• Ensuring you have sufficient SOL for transaction fees

We cannot recover lost private keys or reverse blockchain transactions.

4. $CARROT Token

$CARROT is a utility token used within the Hoopies ecosystem. By using $CARROT, you acknowledge:

• $CARROT is not a security or investment
• Token value may fluctuate and could become worthless
• We make no guarantees about token value or liquidity
• Tokens are non-refundable once purchased
• You are responsible for tax obligations related to token transactions

5. NFTs and Digital Assets

Hoopie NFTs and other digital assets are subject to the following:

• You own the NFT, but not the underlying intellectual property
• We grant you a limited license to use, display, and trade your NFTs
• NFTs may lose value or become worthless
• We are not responsible for third-party marketplace transactions
• Smart contract bugs or exploits may affect NFT functionality

6. Gameplay and Conduct

When using Hoopies, you agree to:

• Not cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized third-party software
• Not harass, abuse, or harm other players
• Not engage in fraudulent activities or money laundering
• Not create multiple accounts to abuse rewards or promotions
• Not attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the game infrastructure

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or permanent ban.

7. Intellectual Property

All game content, including graphics, code, characters, and trademarks, are owned by Hoopies or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit permission.

THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE SERVICE.

You acknowledge the risks of blockchain technology, including but not limited to: network congestion, smart contract vulnerabilities, regulatory changes, and market volatility.

• Change game features, mechanics, or economics
• Terminate your access for violating these Terms
• Update these Terms with or without notice
